We will complete a withdrawal transaction from your Flexible Account back to the CoinLoan Wallet at 14:00 UTC. This is to avoid cheating with funds withdrawal right after the fixing time.

Note: If you use Instant Transfer to move your funds directly to Fixed Account, there is no fixed withdrawal time. Your assets will be transferred immediately.

It is impossible to create multiple withdrawal requests in the same currency or change the sum of the pending withdrawal request. If you want to do this, please cancel the request and create the new one. The Cancel operation is proceeded quickly, while the Withdrawal one takes time until the next fixing at 14:00 UTC.

Here’s how to withdraw from Flexible Account on the web platform and in the mobile app.

⠀⠀1. Find the Interest Account tab in the left sidebar.

⠀⠀2. Choose the Flexible tab.

⠀⠀3. Select the desired asset you want to withdraw from your Interest Account and click the Withdraw button.

⠀⠀4. Choose the Instant Transfer to Fixed Account option in the withdrawal form if you want to move your funds directly to Fixed Account. Otherwise, enter the amount and click Continue.

⠀⠀5. Confirm the action by pressing Withdraw.

⠀⠀6. You have successfully initiated a withdrawal from your Flexible Account. It will be processed at 14:00 UTC on the same day or the next day, depending on withdrawal request creation time.

Note: Currently, the Transactions tab is available on the web platform only. It will arrive in the mobile app with subsequent updates.

⠀⠀1. Find the Interest Account module in the bottom menu of the app and navigate to the Flexible tab.

⠀⠀2. Choose the desired asset you want to withdraw and tap the asset icon.

⠀⠀3. Press the Withdraw button.

⠀⠀4. Choose the Instant Transfer to Fixed option in the withdrawal form if you want to move your funds directly to Fixed Account. Otherwise, enter the amount and tap Confirm.
