To sign up for a corporate account, go to our Corporate page and click the Start Onboarding button or follow the link. You must fill in the form with all the needed information and documents.
Corporate Onboarding Application
Note: To start the onboarding process for a corporate account, you should be verified as an individual. If you are not, please complete the KYC verification first.
Here are the details you need to provide.

Authorized account representative email* | You should enter the email of the primary authorized account representative.
The email must be associated with a verified CoinLoan account. |
Legal entity name* | Your legal entity’s full name. |
Alternate Name / Doing Business As (DBA) / Trade Name | If you use a different name to do business, please provide it here. |
Business Website | Enter your business website if you have one. |
Registered Business Address* | Enter your registered address in the following format: street address, city, state (province), ZIP (postal code), country. |
Country of Formation* | Your entity’s country of formation. |
Country of Operation | Please enter your country of operation if it’s different from the country of formation. |
Date of Formation* | Your entity’s date of formation in the MM/DD/YYYY format. |
Registration Number / Tax ID* | Your registration number or tax ID (depending on the jurisdiction). |
Nature of Business* | Describe the nature of your business. |
Corporate Formation Document* | Please attach your entity’s valid certificate of incorporation or certificate of good standing or national (state) government registry filling.
The document must contain your entity’s valid general and personnel information: active directors and shareholders, beneficiary, and registered office information. The document must not be older than three months.

Corporate Charter Document* | Please attach your entity’s corporate charter document: articles of incorporation or memorandum of association or by-laws or charter.

Proof of Business Operating Address* | Please attach your entity’s proof of business address. It might be the following:
Please ensure the document is in your entity name and no older than 90 days. If you need to attach multiple files, please compress them as a zip file. |
Beneficial Owner’s Legal Name | Enter your entity’s beneficial owner’s full legal name.
A beneficial owner is an individual who ultimately owns or controls the entity through direct or indirect ownership of a sufficient percentage of the shares or voting rights or ownership interest in that person, including through bearer shareholdings or through control via other means. This sufficient percentage is usually more than 25%, but there can be exceptions. |
Beneficial Owner’s Ownership Share (%) | Enter your entity’s beneficial owner’s ownership share in percent. |
Beneficial Owner’s Date of Birth | Enter your entry’s beneficial owner’s date of birth in the MM/DD/YYY format. |
Beneficial Owner’s Residental Address | Enter your entity’s beneficial owner’s residential address in the following format: street address, city, state (province), ZIP (postal code), country.
