Unfortunately, if you have no access to your authentication app, you can’t log in to your account. It’s one of our security measures.
How can I regain access to my authentication app?
The only way to do that is to have your secret key (or backup key) stored somewhere safe. The secret key is a unique code generated by your authentication app when you set up 2FA.

We strongly recommend storing it offline by writing it down or printing it.
What can I do if I don’t have my secret key?
If you have no secret key, please contact us at support@coinloan.io. We will verify your identity to ensure it is you trying to access your account. After that, you will enable it again.
