The minimum holding period for a Fixed Account in any asset is one month, and the maximum period is one year. The holding period cannot be extended either automatically or manually. If you want to continue holding, you should create a new Fixed Account with desired conditions.

Note: Please be aware that the holding period you choose when creating a Fixed Account cannot be changed or canceled. We recommend that you double-check your account conditions before confirming its creation.

Can I withdraw assets from my Fixed Account?

The withdrawal option for your Fixed Account’s initial deposit is unavailable. However, you can enable the Monthly Interest option and receive your interest every month.
