Minimum withdrawal amounts for fiat currencies depend on the withdrawal method.
SEPA: The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 EUR.
SWIFT: The minimum withdrawal amount is 5,000 EUR and 4,000 GBP.
What are the maximum withdrawal limits?
Every user can withdraw up to $5,000* per 24-hour rolling period.
*We are temporarily reducing the daily withdrawal limit to $5,000 (or equivalent in other fiat currencies). We will restore it as soon as possible, as we have done before, depending on the pace of market stabilization.
How is it calculated?
The withdrawal amount is converted into USD at the exchange rate at the time of the withdrawal request creation. It is cumulative with other client requests for the last 24 hours.
How does the 24-hour rolling period work?
There is no fixed time to recalculate your daily withdrawal limit. It is calculated based on the time you made withdrawals for the last 24 hours. With each withdrawal processed on the platform, you wait 24 hours to get your daily limit in full.
Example: Your daily withdrawal limit is $5,000, and you made two withdrawals for the last 24 hours – $1,000 at 10:00 a.m. and $2,000 at 07:00 p.m. After the second withdrawal, your available limit is $1,000. At 10:00 a.m. the next day, your available limit is $3,000, which becomes $5,000 at 07:00 p.m., as 24 hours from your last withdrawal has passed.
