What is Destination Tag?
Ripple Destination Tag is a unique numerical code generated together with the XRP deposit address. This is an extra piece of information that helps identify an account to which a given Ripple transaction will be assigned and credited. It’s important because all CoinLoan accounts share a single Ripple (XRP) deposit address.
Destination Tag is required for your transaction to go through successfully.
How to use Ripple Destination Tag
You should include Ripple Destination Tag in every XRP transaction on your account. Otherwise, it might lead to permanent loss of your funds. You won’t miss it, as every time you go to the XRP deposit or withdrawal form, you will see a notification about including Destination Tag in your transaction.

How to deposit XRP
You can send funds to CoinLoan using both web and mobile apps.
Web platform
To deposit the XRP coins to CoinLoan using the web platform, follow these steps:
Go to Wallet > XRP > Deposit.
You will see all your transaction details (QR code, XRP address, and Destination Tag) to copy and paste them.

To deposit the XRP coins to CoinLoan in the mobile app, follow these steps:

⠀⠀3. Choose XRP and press the Deposit button.

How to withdraw XRP
You can withdraw funds using both web and mobile apps.
Web platform
To withdraw the XRP coins from CoinLoan using the web platform, follow these steps:
⠀⠀1. Log in to your CoinLoan account.
⠀⠀2. Go to Wallet > XRP > Withdraw.
⠀⠀3. Enter all the required crypto deposit details: transaction amount, recipient’s address, and Destination Tag. The address and Destination Tag are generated in the wallet you send your assets to.

Mobile app
To withdraw the XRP coins from CoinLoan in the mobile app, follow these steps:
⠀⠀2. Go to the Wallet module.
⠀⠀3. Choose XRP and click the Withdraw button.

Is it possible to deposit or withdraw XRP without Destination Tag?
You should include Destination Tag with every XRP transaction on your account. Otherwise, it might lead to permanent loss of your funds.
